Returns Policy
Every FOSHO piece is made in limited numbers, so all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Here is exactly what that means, and the one case where we do step in.
In short
- All sales are final. No returns, no exchanges.
- Damaged, faulty or the wrong piece? Tell us within 14 days of it arriving.
- Post it back at your own cost. Once we have checked it, we replace the piece or refund its price, and look at your shipping costs then.
No returns, no exchanges
Once your order is placed and paid, it is complete. If you change your mind about a colour, or a size turns out not to fit, we cannot take the piece back or refund it. We would rather tell you this plainly than have you discover it later.
Before you order
Please check the size guide on the product page before you add a piece to your bag — it is the small link beside the sizes. Our runs are limited and sizes sell through, so take a moment to get the size right the first time. If you are between sizes, write to us at contact_us@thefosho.com and we will happily tell you what we would pick.
If something is wrong
This is the one exception. If your piece arrives damaged or faulty, or we sent the wrong colour or size, write to contact_us@thefosho.com within 14 days of your order arriving, with your order number and a photo of what came. We will confirm it and send you the address to post it back to. The cost of sending it back is yours. Once the piece reaches us and we have checked it, we send a replacement or refund the price you paid for it. Whether we also refund what you paid for shipping is decided then, once we have seen the piece.
Where we ship
FOSHO ships to Canada and the United States only. Orders are delivered to those two countries and we are not able to arrange collection or forwarding from anywhere else.
